Plutus IAS, one of Delhi's leading UPSC coaching institutes, is looking for a dedicated Content Developer to create high-quality, exam-focused learning resources for civil services aspirants. If you have deep knowledge of General Studies subjects and a passion for making complex topics accessible — this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Content Developer at Plutus IAS, you will be the backbone of the academic content team. You will research, write, and structure UPSC-specific study materials that help aspirants crack one of India's toughest examinations. The role demands a strong grasp of GS subjects, current affairs awareness, and the ability to translate dense information into clear, structured content.

What You'll Do

  • ✅Develop engaging, accurate, and exam-relevant UPSC content across GS subjects
  • ✅Create comprehensive study materials, revision notes, and question-based content (MCQs, PYQs, answer-writing formats)
  • ✅Research and compile daily/weekly current affairs and map them to UPSC GS syllabus
  • ✅Collaborate with the academic team to review, improve, and update existing learning resources
  • ✅Ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity in all content deliverables

Who Should Apply

  • ✔Excellent understanding of UPSC General Studies — GS1 (History, Geography, Society), GS2 (Polity, IR), GS3 (Economy, Environment, Science), GS4 (Ethics)
  • ✔UPSC Mains appeared candidates strongly preferred — first-hand exam experience is a major advantage
  • ✔Prior experience in content writing, content development, or academic writing is an added advantage
  • ✔Strong research skills — ability to gather, verify, and synthesise information from multiple sources
  • ✔Excellent written communication — clear, precise, and structured writing style

💡 Note: Candidates with UPSC interview (Personality Test) experience or those who have cleared Mains multiple times will be given preference. Even if you are still preparing for UPSC, strong domain knowledge + writing skills can make you a great fit.
