StudyIQ IAS Exam Counsellor Vacancy – Direct Walk-In Interview Drive

Looking for one of the best jobs for UPSC aspirants that lets you earn while staying inside the coaching ecosystem? StudyIQ IAS, the UPSC arm of the Adda247 Group, is conducting a direct Walk-In Drive on 29th and 30th July 2026 (Wednesday & Thursday) at its Old Rajinder Nagar centre in Delhi — the beating heart of India's UPSC coaching culture.

Why walk-in drives matter: No lengthy online forms, no waiting weeks for shortlisting. Just show up on 29th or 30th July with your resume, meet the hiring team face-to-face, and potentially walk out with a job offer the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions – StudyIQ IAS Walk-In 2026

I haven't cleared UPSC Prelims yet – can I still attend the walk-in? +
Yes, absolutely. Cleared Prelims is "preferred", not mandatory. Any graduate with good communication and passion for the counselling role can attend the walk-in on 29th or 30th July 2026. Prelims-cleared candidates just get an added advantage during shortlisting.
Is this role really one of the best jobs for UPSC aspirants preparing for the next attempt? +
Yes. It's easily one of the best jobs for UPSC aspirants because StudyIQ actively prefers UPSC-cleared candidates, gives you structured office hours, and pays market-standard salary — meaning you can prepare seriously while earning independently.
Do I need prior sales or telecalling experience to apply? +
No. The role welcomes freshers (0-1 year experience). Prior Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales experience is listed as an added advantage, but not compulsory. Strong communication and willingness to learn matter more.
Can I request Work From Home if I'm from outside Delhi? +
No. The poster clearly states "In-Office Only – No Work From Home". The role involves headset calling with measurable metrics, which is why StudyIQ requires all counsellors to be physically present at the Old Rajinder Nagar office.
What documents should I bring to the StudyIQ IAS walk-in interview? +
Carry 2 printed resumes, one passport-size photograph, and a government ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN). Optionally, bring your graduation certificate copy and any prior work experience letters. Dress formally to make a strong first impression.
