📌 Interview/Personality Test Qualification Notice
On the basis of the result of the written part of the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2026 held by U.P.S.C. on 21st June 2026, the candidates with the under mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Interview/ Personality Test.
The candidature of these candidates is PROVISIONAL subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates would be required to produce the original certificates/documents in support of their claims relating to age, educational qualifications, community, benchmark disability (where applicable), etc. at the time of the Personality Test. They are advised to keep their certificates/documents ready before appearance in the Personality Test and check beforehand the requirement of certificates in accordance with the Important Instructions available on the Commission’s website.
🕒 Mandatory Portal Update Window (15 days)
The Commission shall provide a window of 15 days soon after the declaration of result of Main/Stage-II part of Engineering Services Examination, 2026 to the candidates who qualified for Personality Test/Interview.
As per Note 2 below Rule 6 of the Rules of Engineering Services Examination, 2026, candidates shall be required to update their details and to upload the proof of passing of the requisite qualifying examination at the specified module/portal. Failing which such candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Personality Test/Interview and their candidature will be liable to be cancelled.
In this period, candidates qualified for Personality Test will also be provided an option to update correspondence/postal address, higher qualification, achievement in different fields, employment details/service experience, service allocation, and service preferences. The details updated in this window will be treated as final.
🔐 Mandatory Login & e-Summon Letter
All qualified candidates must mandatorily login to the portal during this window and update/reconfirm their details and submit the application form to enable the Commission to generate the e-summon letter. If not submitted, candidates will not be allowed to participate in the further stage.
If you have already uploaded required documents/information and have nothing to update/fill, you must still login and finally submit after verifying details so that the e-summon letter for PT of ESE-2026 can be generated.
📄 Certificate Responsibility
Instructions for updating the application form must be read carefully with regard to the certificates produced at the time of interview. The candidate will be solely responsible for not producing sufficient proof in support of age, date of birth, educational qualification, community (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), and Certificate of Disability (in case of PwBD candidate).
If any written qualified candidate fails to bring any or all required original documents, they will not be allowed to present before the PT Board and no TA will be allowed.
🗓️ Interview Schedule & No Change Rule
The schedule of Personality Test (Interview) will be informed in due course. The exact date of interview will be intimated through e-summon letter, downloadable from: https://www.upsc.gov.in and https://www.upsconline.gov.in.
A Roll Number-wise Interview Schedule will also be made available on the Commission’s website. No request for change in date and time of the Personality Test will be entertained under any circumstances.
📊 Marks-Sheet Upload & Access
The marks-sheet of all candidates (Qualified & Non-Qualified) will be uploaded on the Commission’s Website after publication of the final result (after Personality Test) and will remain available for a period of 30 days.
Candidates can access marks-sheets by keying their Roll Numbers and Date of Birth. Authenticated copies would be issued by UPSC based on specific request accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Requests for printed/hard copies must be made within 30 days of display on the website, beyond which such requests will not be entertained.

📌 साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण हेतु पात्रता (प्राविधिक)
U.P.S.C. द्वारा 21 जून 2026 को आयोजित Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2026 के लिखित भाग के परिणाम के आधार पर, नीचे दिए गए रोल नंबर वाले उम्मीदवार Interview/Personality Test के लिए पात्र घोषित किए गए हैं।
इन उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी प्राविधिक (PROVISIONAL) है, जो कि आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, समुदाय, बेंचमार्क विकलांगता (जहां लागू हो) आदि के संबंध में दावों के समर्थन में मूल प्रमाण-पत्र/दस्तावेजों की जांच में सभी दृष्टियों से पात्र पाए जाने पर निर्भर है।
🕒 15 दिनों की अनिवार्य पोर्टल अपडेट विंडो
Commission मुख्य/स्टेज-II भाग के परिणाम घोषित होने के तुरंत बाद, Interview/Personality Test हेतु पात्र उम्मीदवारों को 15 (पंद्रह) दिनों की विंडो उपलब्ध कराएगा।
नियमों के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों को पोर्टल पर अपने विवरण अपडेट करने और आवश्यक qualifying examination के उत्तीर्ण होने का प्रमाण निर्धारित module/portal पर अपलोड करना होगा। ऐसा न करने पर Personality Test/Interview में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं होगी और उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है।
इसी अवधि में उम्मीदवार correspondence/postal address, higher qualification, उपलब्धियाँ, employment details/service experience, service allocation, service preferences आदि भी अपडेट कर सकेंगे।
🔐 अनिवार्य लॉगिन व e-सम्मन लेटर
Interview के लिए पात्र सभी उम्मीदवारों को इस विंडो के दौरान पोर्टल पर अनिवार्य रूप से लॉगिन करना होगा, विवरण अपडेट/पुनः पुष्टि करनी होगी और application form submit करना होगा ताकि Commission e-summon letter जनरेट कर सके।
जिन उम्मीदवारों ने पहले ही आवश्यक दस्तावेज/जानकारी अपलोड कर दी है और उनके पास अपडेट करने हेतु कुछ नहीं है, तब भी पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करके अंततः submit करना आवश्यक होगा, ताकि e-summon letter जनरेट हो सके।
📄 दस्तावेज़ संबंधी जिम्मेदारी
उम्मीदवारों को Interview समय पर प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले प्रमाण-पत्रों के संदर्भ में अपडेट निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए। आयु/जन्मतिथि, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, समुदाय (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) तथा PwBD उम्मीदवार के मामले में विकलांगता प्रमाण-पत्र को लेकर पर्याप्त प्रमाण न प्रस्तुत करने की जिम्मेदारी पूरी तरह उम्मीदवार की होगी।
यदि कोई उम्मीदवार आवश्यक मूल दस्तावेज/दस्तावेजों में से किसी की भी कमी रखता है, तो उसे PT Board के समक्ष उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं होगी और TA भी नहीं दिया जाएगा।
🗓️ Interview तिथि व समय – परिवर्तन नहीं
Personality Test (Interview) की समय-सारिणी समय आने पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। Interview की सटीक तिथि e-summon letter के माध्यम से दी जाएगी, जो निम्न वेबसाइटों से डाउनलोड की जा सकेगी: https://www.upsc.gov.in तथा https://www.upsconline.gov.in.
Roll Number-wise Interview Schedule भी UPSC वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगा। किसी भी परिस्थिति में Interview की तिथि और समय में बदलाव हेतु कोई अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
📊 Marks-Sheet अपलोड व अवधि
Qualified एवं Non-Qualified दोनों उम्मीदवारों की marks-sheet final result के प्रकाशित होने के बाद अपलोड होगी (Personality Test के पश्चात) और वेबसाइट पर 30 दिनों तक उपलब्ध रहेगी।
उम्मीदवार रोल नंबर और जन्मतिथि डालकर marks-sheets देख सकेंगे। प्रिंटेड/हार्ड कॉपी हेतु अनुरोध self-addressed stamped envelope के साथ किया जाएगा और website पर उपलब्ध होने के 30 दिनों के भीतर करना आवश्यक होगा।
